At PicSilly.Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Returns will not be accepted for customized products, innerwear, or items marked as non-returnable.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, email us at info@picsilly.store with your order details and reason for return.

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide further instructions.

The return shipping fee may apply unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

4. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please place a new order and return the original item as per the return policy.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the product and packaging.

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund after verification.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 2-5 business days.
