At PicSilly Store, every order goes through a quality check before it reaches you. However, if something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

đŸ“Ļ Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@picsilly.store.

To help us resolve your request quickly, please include:

  • Your Order ID

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label

  • A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your request, we'll arrange a replacement or process a refund, depending on the situation.

↩ī¸ Returns

We currently accept returns only if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.

  • You receive an incorrect product.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selected while ordering

  • Minor colour variations caused by different screen settings or lighting conditions

  • Minor variations in print placement or fabric texture that occur during the manufacturing process

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Please note that slight differences in colour may occur due to variations in screen resolution and photography. These differences are natural and will not be considered valid grounds for a return.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven't received it, please contact us at info@picsilly.store, and we'll be happy to assist.
