3. Orders, Pricing & Payments

All orders placed on PicSilly.Store are subject to acceptance, availability, and payment confirmation.

Prices listed are in INR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.

We accept secure online payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. All transactions are processed through encrypted payment gateways.

If an order is flagged as suspicious, we may require additional verification before processing it.

In case of payment failure, PicSilly.Store is not liable for any additional charges levied by banks or payment gateways.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Tracking

We currently ship across India. International shipping may be introduced in the future.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within the estimated timeline shown at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, unforeseen circumstances, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Once an order is dispatched, customers will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, re-delivery charges may apply.

5. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Returns: Customers may return products within 7 days of delivery if they meet our return eligibility criteria. The product must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Refunds: Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 2-3 business days after verification. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If a defective or wrong product is received, customers must contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
