International shipping is not available at this time.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time
Metro Cities: 4-7 business days
Non-Metro Cities & Remote Areas: 5-10 business days

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of dispatch, contact our support team.
6. Delivery Attempts & Issues
Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts before marking the package as undeliverable.
If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, reshipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and product.
If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to locate it or issue a replacement.
PicSilly.Store is not responsible for stolen packages after successful delivery confirmation.
8. Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be modified or canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, modifications or cancellations are not possible.
